  color shift in render

  hello everyone,
  I am using AE cs3 on a mac. We are pulling a green screen from DVCPRO HD 720p60 footage. We captured p2 card in to final cut. After pulling the key using keylight and some other efx we rendered it out animation w/alpha. Our output was washed out for the first few frames then went to the correct color. We installed all the update and set up color profiles with the same results.
