OK, I’m a newbie so please be patient.

I shot a dance show with my HVX200 (480 24pa) and decided to use the file scene F3, Spark. For this setting the chroma level is +4 and I think it’s part of my problem.

The scene was pretty dark and I had to use gain, 6db. I knew that in these conditions my footage wouldn’t be great but not as bad as what I see on FCP. There’s color bleeding, if the term is right: on the right side of many object/people, there’s an colored halo (same color as the object/person). When I desaturate the colors, it’s less obvious.

My question is: what’s the best way/filter to diminish this problem? I’d prefer to use FCP (5.1.4) but I also use After Effects 6.5

I really need help here, thanks
