Color correction not visible as changes are made…
Xpress Pro HD- PC-
I add the color correction effect to a clip, select the layer the clip is on, open the color correction tool. when I make changes, contrast, bright anything else, I cannot see the changes effecting the frame I’m looking at. The three at the top of the tool stay the same. Why is this and why can’t I see the changes right then.
Of course, when I go back and render, the clip is affected.
PLEASE HELP. This is serious!!! :-)))) I’m not kidding!

Hi Roc,
Check Special>Render-On-the-Fly and make sure it’s turned on. This is what tells the system to show your changes as you make them.

Also, make sure you are viewing that layer, not from layers above.

Click on the little monitor next to the video track while holding (ctrl or alt – I don’t remember which). Did it turn green? good, now you’re looking at just that layer. Color correct away.
