Is it possible that color correcting video in FCP (3 way) makes it look aliased?

I edited a video that was shot dvcprohd 24pn, color corrected it and exported a quicktime movie. The result is ugly, all aliased. I removed the cc and exported it again and it looks fine. What am i doing wrong?
I don’t have an external monitor, I know it’s bad. Thanks

    Sounds like you didn’t render.

Coloring is not going to change aliasing, my guess (only a guess) is that you have a setting wrong on your export settings or timeline format settings/import/playback monitor settings and you’re seeing the effects of upscaling/downscaling(cross-scaling???)

The external monitor the way you need to view the true quality.
