Collecting in custom folder structure
Hi folks,
I was wondering if there’s a way to modify the way AE collects files for your project. Is there some file i can edit, or would this require scripting (wich i’m not familiair with)

You could modify the structure in the Project window before collecting … ? AE follows that structure.

Yeah, but it’s always located in the ‘footage’ folder. I’m looking into a way of collecting projects that can and will be used by all people in the department, without them having to change their individual workflow.

Hmph. I’ve checked the prefs file, and can’t seem to find an entry for that sort of thing. Sorry.
Have you asked at aenhancers.com? They’re scriptish folk there.
