    Hi,

I currently have a problem, i am trying to export a piece of work for a broadcaster, they require the Codec to be Codec to MPEG IMX625/50 (50 Mb/s). However when i come to select my Quicktime codec it is not appearing fro the dropdown menu, can anybody help me as to where i can find it?

    Many thanks,
    Alex

    Hey Alex,
I’m running CC, and I am finding that codec no problem under quicktime. You’re looking in the video settings section, and not in the “preset” dropdown at the top right?

Yes it should be in there for sure. Not sure why that has happened. Try sending to the AME queue and see if it shows up there. If not, you may have to reset your codecs somehow.

    You could try here:
    https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1396

If you go to Library/Quicktime in finder, you should see the IMXcodec in there, if not you probably need to reinstall. Hopefully the link above will have it.
