    Cloner object and spline effector puzzle?

    Hi,

    Does anyone know if it is possible to have a lathe object run tangential(like with the aline to spline tag) along a spline when using in conjunction with a cloner object and spline effector??

    I have tried for about 30 minutes and just can’t get it to work???

    Here is the SCENE FILE. It is going to be the trunk of a palm tree so it would be great if it followed the spline in a tangential way.

    Any help would be really appreciated.

    Thanks Adam that’s perfect. Just looking to see how you did it now. I notice you had the Cloner object mode set to object. I had it set to linear.
