    Clone Layer Moving

    Hi All,

    I’m not to familiar with Motion, but I want to build a template for use in Final Cut Pro 7.

    I have a video layer in 3D space which I have created a clone layer of, and moved into position.

    When I use the template in FCP it looks good until I drag a clip into the drop zone for the video layer. The clone layer moves to be next to the video layer.

    Any ideas as to whats going on here?

    Try duplicating the layer instead of cloning.
