Clips in Canvas appearing at very low resolution
I have imported clips (1080 x 720 60fps) into final cut pro 7 and edited them in the timeline but have noticed that the canvas is displaying the images on the timeline at a much lower resolution. I have tried to alter the sequence settings to match the resolution of the original clips but this does not appear to be helping. What am I doing wrong?

In the timeline is there a green bar above the clip? Clips that have to play in real time that have not been rendered can play at a lower quality.
