Clip Browser – must copy all clips … cannot copy selected clips
It has taken a long time for this annoyance to rise to the top of my list but when I am backing up clips using clip browser, often I may have clips on one card from two projects. I like to back “raw” clips based on projects rather than simply cards. But Clip Browser only allows me to copy the entire card, even though there appear to be menu buttons available to select certain clips and copy only those clips … nothing happens. What’s up? What am I missing???

You cannot just click on the clip and draw it down into the other window while holding your right mouse bottom down ?

Select your clips you want and then hold down the Command or Option key (Cant remember which one. It may even be the shift key). Then the import button on the bottom right will change to “import selected”.
