Client monitor out of sync
I’m cutting a feature documentary on Final Cut.
We have an external AJA box. The AJA box has an out that runs in through a switcher then to a client monitor.When I play the sequence the client monitor is slightly out of sync.
The canvas window on my monitor stays in synch . . . . . . . what gives??I had this problem once at another studio (there we used an AJA card instead of an external box) . . . . but I can’t remember what the soultion was.
Has anyone else had this problem??

System Settings > Playback Offset.
For Kona cards this should be set to 0. Default is 4.
