Its not like I dont print and save my questions but the earlier answer I was given was:
Yes old habits die hard Jack. I see the rubberband tool fooled you too. Select the Pen tool, and use ctrl key and click. You then have the same capability you had in 6.5.
I cannot get this to work. I select the pen tool, press on the cntrl key and click on the track and nothing happens..please advise. Thank you

If you’re talking about 2.0 Jack, you don’t need the Pen tool, the Select tool + Cntrl Key now work fine for creating keyframes.
