    hi all

    I am a bit of a newbie with FCP. I was wanting to make my video circular. I can distort it into squares etc but not circular. Is there a filter or image plug in that works?

    I have seen the fisheye filters etc but they just change the image content. I want to have the video in a circle with a black border

    I have a G5 with Final Cut Studio 2

    Adding an elliptical mask should do the trick, unless you can find a circular video monitor…
