    Dear All,

I’m having this problem … i cant sync up with my decks. I’m using a keyspan usb.
Running on a Powermac G5 with

    MAC OS X 10.3.5 ,
    quicktime pro 6.5.2 ,
    FCP HD (4.5) ,
    cinewave 4.5

My cant exit my cinewave preference (apple preference) window. It keeps saying that ‘do not mix ntsc and pal output’. Could this be a setting problem or software version compatibility issue?? How can i solve this??

    Jason,

If you have both the SD and HD breakout box connected at the same time, you have to ensure that the settings for both matches. For example, if you have set your HD breakout box to HD/25, you will need to set the SD to PAL 625. Or if you set HD to HD/24p, you will need to set the SD to NTSC 525.

    Hope this helps.
