  cinema tools error message

  i can’t catch a break,
  now when i try to do a reverse telecine in cinema tools (to make it so that i can edit my 24P regular footage on a 23.98 sequence)
  i get an error message that says, “the procedure was halted because an error -2008 occured”. and when i click ok it says “the most likely cause is a shortage of memory”. but i have over 10gigs of free space (the clip is only 250 mb’s) and 1.5 gigs of ram.
  what could be the problem?
