    I am a CD4 newbie

I was wondering if there is a way to do a simple shape morph

for example start out with a ski hat and it turns into a circle
or more complex, start out a guitar and turn into a circle

    any help would be awesome

    thanks

    I should be more specific

the objects would all be colored siloeuttes, just simple shapes

It’s possible, but it requires that you model the two shapes from the same mesh. It can be done either by recording point level animation (PLA) keyframes, or by using the morph tag (Mocca only, I believe).

You have to enable PLA keyframing if you want to go that way. It’s the third icon to the left in the icons at the bottom-right of the time slider. Looks like a grid of points.
