  Cinema 4d Prorender error, please help

  I have an Alienware area 51m
  Windows 10
  Intel core i9 CPU
  Nvidia geforce rtx 2080

  I have been wrkng on cinema 4d r20 prorender and it was working perfectly. And the other day when i tried to render on gpu, it shows “unknown internal prorender error”. Then i switched to cpu and it was rendering but slow.

  I uninstalled and reinstalled c4d and reset my OS and still the problem remains. I tried with just a simple cube and its the same error again. Please help…
