  Cinecap motion jpeg won’t import properly

  When importing this “Motion JPEG” avi file to Vegas 8 Pro the video is squished to the bottom 1/2 of the screen and the top 1/2 of the screen is black.
  I can’t find any settings that make any difference.

  I had a reel of 8mm film digitized frame by frame and this is the file I got back.
  It is 720 x 480 x 24 and is 2.4GB running almost 4 minutes.
  The file plays fine in Windows Media Player and Topaz Moments.
  When I do a frame capture it is 1440 x 960 in Topaz Moments and looks fine.
