chroma
I need to know How can I use chroma keying in After Effects. And after using it there is still green area at the edges of the subjects, how can I remove it????

Look in your Keying effects menu.
If there is fringing on the keyed object then you want to adjust the edges by using the Matte Choker.

If you are using After Effects 7, you should have Keylight which comes on the install disc. It is a really great plugin for dealing with Chroma Key and includes all the tools you would need to pull a decent quality key. There is an easy-to-follow tutorial on Keylight here:
