What can i do if im using a green screen, but the T-shirt that im wearing on the video has a little image in green on it…yes i need to use that t-shirt, so what could i do to get the chroma key to work around me but not in the green inside my shirt?

You need to use a garbage matte and if your shirt is moving, it needs to be a travelling matte. The easiest way to accomplish this is to duplicate the track with the green screen footage on a higher track but don’t add the chroma key (you want the unaltered footage), then apply a positive Mask in Pan/Crop to make the unaffected shirt show through. You will have to keyframe the movement of the mask as the shirt moves.

An alternate solution is to use a blue screen if you must wear green (unless you also need to wear blue). 😉
