Activity Forums Square Box CatDV “Check Archive Status…” error

    Trying to use CatDV to request archive status of clips in CaDV…

    Whenever I select a file or group of files in CatDV and select Tools > Check Archive Status, in a window I get:

    Failed to check Cache-A archive status ([Ljava.lang.Object; cannot be cast to java.util.Map)

    And of course I have no idea what that means.

    This is CatDV9 Professional (Mac) with Cache-A (latest and greatest software on it I assume because Cache-A spent several days just recently working on it).

    Anyone have ideas on what the issue may be?

    This is fixed in the forthcoming CatDV 10.0.2 update. Cache-A have made some improvements to the Check Archive Status API and you need the new CatDV update to make use of them.
