    Hi yall!

Using Cinema 4D 2025, my cloth simulation with Cloth, Belt, and Collider tags creates spikes/artifacts on the geometry during animation.

Bellow i’ve dropped a Screen Shot and a preview of my scene, in the image you can see my setup, and the video shows the issue.

TLDR of my setup: The character uses a cape, the cape object has a cloth tag and a belt tag. The character body has a collider tag. Collisions or some other issue are creating this spikes.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi Sergio,

I think the problem might be with the belt points due to overlap between these points for several different belt tags. You need to enable the “Draw”
attribute in each tag used to display the connections of these points and confirm if the problem is caused by them. I hope this is helpful.
