  Chapter Markers not rendering

  In Vegas 11, I created a video and rendered it as HD 1920 x 1080 – 60p (Mp4). It did not retain the chapter markers after I burned it with DVD Architect. I was able to re-make the video and render it as AVCHD 1020 x 1080 60i (MT2S) but the best Vegas would let me select was 60i and not 60p. This does retain the chapter markers after burning with DVC Architect. How can I get full 60p rendering with chapter markers – NOTE: I always ensured the check box for Save Project Markers for Rendered Media Files was checked (in both cases).

  I could swear I did something a while back that allowed me to render if full 60p and still retain the chapter markers. Can someone help?
