  Channel 4 wil not output

  I have a Symphony Nitris, 3.5.1
  Working on SD project, audio ch 4 will not output. My audio project settings are as follows: output tab>stereo, mix to 1&2, SD SDI ON, 4 channel 24 bit. I can’t be sure but I think this setting was working before upgrade to 3.5.1. I can still do a direct out and that will work. Outputs are SDI to a DNW-A75 SX deck. Usually my audio is in pairs but on this particular project I dropped a single music track on 4 and it was completely missing from tape. Completed several test for verification. Is there something I’m missing or has anyone seen this problem?
