  • Changing Timeline bars of layers when time is extended in a compositon

    Hello all.
I wonder if there’re some hot keys on the keyboard that can be used to extend the timeline bars of a layer or layers once you extend the time on the timeline from the the composition settings, let’s say from 2s to 10s.
I noticed that After extending my composition time from the composition settings from my initial 2s to 10s, the bars on the timeline still only remained from 0s to 2s, but didn’t extend all the way to the new 10s time.

I wonder if someone can help me with the hot keys to make this adjustments.

    Thanks.

    Ugo.

Select the layer, put the timeline indicator where you want the start of the layer and then press “Alt” + [ to bring the start of the layer to the current time indicator, or Alt + ] to extend the end of the layer to the current time indicator.

It’s only work if you’d rather be doing something else…
