Changing the Frame size without recompressing?
I have a clip that I want to make larger to fit the format of the website it going up on. However, this video has already been rendered and compressed and I would prefer not to lose more quality.
I have a feeling since this isn’t probably what Vegas was designed for it may not be possible, but is there a way to just increase the frame size(display size) without re-rendering the video. FYI, in this case I’m working with a WMV file. But, if there is a general way to accomplish this, that would be preferable in an answer.
If not in Vegas, can you recommend a utility that would do this?

I don’t know of anything that will change sizes without rendering.
