Changing Seqence settings and Editor Mode
Created a project with the wrong settings and need to change it to another Editing Mode and Pixel Aspect Ratio…
I can use a text editor, just point me to the XML tag if you can.

If you mean sequence, you can go under sequence settings and change it there.
