Changing Frame-rate so I can rotoscope
Hello, first time on this forum along with first time using final cut pro! My school has picked up a copy of Final Cut Pro and they’ve assigned us to do rotoscoping, if you don’t know what it is check this out. Basicly , I need to make the frame rate from 30fps, to 12, or 24 fps… Is this a possible thing to do?
I need to do this because I need to have my 1 minute movie turned into the still frames, ex 1 minute movie at 24 frames per second would be 1440 frames, I’m sure you already understood that though.
Any help in this area would be MUCH apreciated!

Your link is a mess of explanation.
But to make what you want, you can try this:
– Open your clip with QT, and Export > Still Sequence.
– Set the number of still you want (Animations traditionally used to be done with 18fps).
– Export.

I opened up quicktime and i only have three options under export, not quite sure where I should be looking.
