  • changing default project frame rate?

    Hi,
I am learning C4D, and I am in the UK so I want all my work to be at 25 FPS. I am finding that each time I open a new scene I have to go to project settings and change the fps from 30 to 25.

I have looked around in preferences to find a way to set 25 as my default, but I can’t find anywhere to set it.

Can it be done? Changing it manually each time is getting tedious!

    Thanks
    John

You can change most of Cinema’s startup settings by opening a blank scene, making the changes you want, and saving the scene as new.c4d to the directory listed at the bottom of the Preferences>Common window.

For older versions, save the file to the Maxon root directory (directory where the Cinema executable is located).
