Changing audio please advise
hi i am burning a hoilday dvd i recently cpatured, its too big but when i change the audio compression to 5.1 sound the dvd fits fine but the quality of the video is lossed why does this happen i only changed the audio option from uncompressed to 5.1 sound.

No idea. What program are you using? The state of the audio should not matter to the video as they are unrelated and treated separately, but maybe your program does not allow this level of freedom.
