Changing an effect
Does anyone know if it’s possible to change the parameters of the “page turn” effect?
The base image is a book (rectangular image, leaving black on screen left and right). I want to turn the page from the spine of the book, but the FCP filter turns the entire screen.
Do i need to use another software?

double-click it. it should open in the viewer.

This will take a layered effect. You have the book graphic on V1 with a Matte cutout where the book pages go. Then place the graphic for the page on V2, scale it down and apply the filter to that. Would that work for you?

Come to think of it, you don’t need a matte for the V1 clip. Just overlay the V2 clip and apply the page peel filter to that.
