    Hello guys!

Please have a look to this 5 second scene.
    https://youtu.be/S6E4j5bT0Fw

As you can see it’s showing a contact list in a cell phone. I want change one of these names (It’s the first name in last frame/second – the long name). But the most important thing is that i don’t want remove or clear the vision of the character on the cell phone screen. I tried to do rotoscope but it just confused me because the character’s hand was also on the screen. What’s the best way to do this? Using Clone Stamp or another option?

    Kind Regards

That is going to be tricky.

First, you need to paint out the old name (which will require rebuilding the reflection on the tablet from other times in the shot where there aren’t any names obscuring the face).
Then you’ll need to motion track your new name into the shot.
And, yes, you will need to rotoscope (probably by hand and not with the roto brush tool) to keep the hand in the shot where it belongs.
