CD4 To AE CS4 ????
Hi guys I noticed that some others had this same problem and I have been reading a lot about this issue but nothing appears to work for me. I have a 3d Text in C4d with specific material on it. First when I open the .3ds file in Photoshop it doesn’t import those materials (it only imports the text but in a gray color).
Second problem: I render from C4D saving it as a AEC file for AE CS4 (already installed the C4D plug-in for it, when i try do in this before AE didn’t recognize the file) And when I IMPORT that file into AE It appears a folder in the project list with a COMP that has inside a TIFF file?? it this possible? and this tif file its offline because it show me the bars & tones pic on it. So it doesn’t import right the file.
How exactly do I have to export from C4D to AE CS4?

You have to actually render the scene to a file (or files) so the plugin will have something to import.
