So, I’m baffled. Sometimes PP CC will import .ts files just fine, and sometimes it wont. Sometimes I’m able to convert them using either Media encoder or QuickTime Player and sometimes I can’t. what the heck is going on?

I use to be able to change the extension and they’d work, but even that doesn’t seem to do it anymore?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried changing the extension to .mpg or .mpeg?

    Yes, I get errors, still.

I would say it has something to do with the size, but the smaller file isnt working either, but I had a .ts work just fine today.

    Sometimes this does work though.

UPDATE: I did a system restart and was able to get the .ts files into Media Encoder, but they CC still wont import the original .ts files This is weird.
