CatDV Archive Option
We are trying to clarify exactly what versions are needed to run the archiving option on CatDV. This is to work with a CacheA Pro Cache.
Would I be correct in thinking it is simply just the ‘professional version’ and the added extra of the ‘archiving option’? We had been given some information by a reseller that the archiving option can only be installed on a server version of CatDV and with worker node.
Rolf, Bryson, can you clarify?

No server needed, you can run “archiving” on a standalone copy of CatDV Pro just fine.
The reason server is suggested is that it’s harder to manage large data sets without server but you can certainly do it.
