I see VidChecker can talk to a MAM via API. Has anyone actually got that to work?

We’ve been contracted to do it for a post house in LA but only via drop folder. (Yeah, that’s cheating.)
We will likely do a full integration in a later phase. It’s a SOAP http API so there’ll have to be some middle-ware written as CatDV doesn’t have a RESTful interface so web systems need to be able to fire commands to the CLI.
We don’t expect to do anything fancy, just start the process and receive the output from the QC system but that’s probably enough for most people.
We have a php connector to and from CatDV for Filemaker Pro coming in the next month or so and that will help with systems like this as we can connect to and from a Worker Node from most any web system, but for now we’re just cheating. 😉
