    Hi.
I got this keyed RED-footage of a woman running in slow motion while the camera is moving. The footage is camera tracked and imported into AE. So i got a camera setup that matches the footage perfectly.

How can I use the built in light system in AE to cast shadows from the woman to the cg environment? If I turn the footage into a 3D-layer with the orient towards camera on, the camera solve doesn´t work anymore.

Is there a solution for this, or another teqnique i can use? Im confused.

not sure why you would need to use the 3d camera for this. I would use any number of shadow techniques, given that you have a mask. which is the hard part with live action content

    This is what i got:

    – Footage that include a woman running in slow motion and a moving camera.

    – Tracked and solved 3D environment exported into AE. (flawless)

Now i want to add the environmen, in this case just a floor.

My problem is to get shadows from the actor on the floor i created in AE.
