hello, i just recently saw the 2006 dmo-reel and i was wondering what emmiter library is the cartoon style effect in?

The only part of that clip that’s particleIllusion is the bullet holes and smoke as far as I know. Aharon used an Illustrator/After Effects technique to cartoonify everuything, which you can read about here.
