I’ve built a very graphic (sketch & toon) rocket that i need to zip around and BEND along the path that it is following…Possibly even Bulge as it comes to a stop.

Its a short animation for a network ID. I know my way around C4D but dont have any experience rigging characters and am not sure where to start.

I’m currently in the midst of VertexPushers “rigging” (vol. 3) tutorials but don’t believe this will answer my quesiton.

    Thanks for the help

The easiest way to do it would be to use the spline wrap deformer, which you could combine with other deformers to create a squash/stretch effect.

    Example: 3925_rocketsplinewrap.c4d.zip

Thanks Adam. Makes sense…i was getting thrown off by having a “align to spline” tag AS WELL as the spline wrap.
