    Hi there,

I’m trying to remove cars in the background of a short film shot in MiniDV using clean plates i create from the movie file. The editor provided me with an QuickTime export with the standards specs for MiniDV.

I found out that selecting «Preserve Edges (Best Quality Only)» in the «Interpret Footage» contextual menu give me the best quality to work with (so far). Is this the best I can do to work with the best quality possible?

    Thank you
    Francois B.

    Thanks for your prompt answer.

It’s not that bad after all. I guess I would spend much more time on a HD projet since it would require more precision in my corrections…
