  Car Animation in After Effects

  Hi, I’m hoping to animation this car:

  for a college project (among many other things, but we’ll start here)

  What would be the best way to go about it? I want to keep the semi-3d feel.
  Also, as the image is scanned, I’m having trouble putting things like the wheels onto separate layers.
  Any advice?
