capuring on avid
hi was wondering if anyone could help me out i have captured my footage using avid but i dont seem to be able to locate them on my harddrive also how compatible are the clips with other editing packages
any help would be great -

Are you saying you can’t find your footage within the Avid program?
Try opening your digitize tool – the default location should be there (it’ll say something like ‘Z media’, or however you’ve named your drives).
Avid files are generally NOT compatible with other edit systems without exporting the files to something general like quicktime.
