Capturing still in source viewer
I just want to capture 1 frame as a bmp – tried to find in PP help and seraching this board – I am sure it is easy and I am missing something …..just coming over from Avid Liquid – so not really familiar with interface. Thanks

Go to the spot you want to export on the timeline. Then go to file -> export -> frame and then change it to .bmp
