    Can’t capture higher res than the QT movie has… but it’s a simple file/export/using QT conversion, then select still frame from the pop up there. JPEG’s aren’t the best quality, but png or tiffs might be best for this. Also might open the resulting still in Photoshop to clean it up if necessary.

    Thanks for the quick response. If I have a VTS.VOB file open in streamclip what is the best way to export it or should I just grab a still in Streamclip?
