  Capturing HDV using Vegas 8.0c

  Please Help!

  Just recently upgraded to 64bitVista & using Vegas 8.0c, while I’m capturing my footage using Sony v1u or Canaon XH A1 capturing will stop and camera will continue rolling. Not having this problem with Windows XP 32, is there some sort of plug in or codec I need?

  So far I’ve tried…
  a) selected a different capture destination other then my system drive.

  b) Played with the capture settings in preferences.

  c) restarted the software while the camera is running

  is there anything I’m not doing right?
