Capturing HDV
I need to access a complete tutorial on capturing HDV and working with HDV sequences, etc. I have been trying to set sequences using Easy Setup but there are also sequence setup parameters under the Sequence / setup menu.
Most of the time the standard def log & capture comes up when I hit F8 so I’m probably not capturing in HDV.
If I shut one eye and hold my arm out to the left, occasionally I can launch the HDV log & capture window but not always.
What is the proper procedure? How can I create an HDV project from the git-go and capture and edit totally in HDV?
