Capturing HD in FCP
Hey there,
I’ve been asked to capture some HD tapes onto an external drive in RAW format.
Could someone explain the easiest way to do this? and what settings I need?
I am new to HD and don’t have the time to play around. I just want to make sure I’m doing it correctly.! -

What type of HD Tapes? what type of system will they be edited? What capture card/device do you have?

The tapes are sony miniDV DVM60 me.
They will be edited on Premiere I believe and I’ve got a macbook pro
