    Hey there,

    I’ve been asked to capture some HD tapes onto an external drive in RAW format.
    Could someone explain the easiest way to do this? and what settings I need?
    I am new to HD and don’t have the time to play around. I just want to make sure I’m doing it correctly.!

    What type of HD Tapes? what type of system will they be edited? What capture card/device do you have?

    The tapes are sony miniDV DVM60 me.
    They will be edited on Premiere I believe and I’ve got a macbook pro
    and here’s the info for my computer
