  Capturing HD From a Sony ZI in FCP 5.1

  Done this tonnes of times, but not in the last month or two, can someone please list out the “half-dozen” steps & settings.

  Filming in HDV1080 50i, on a Sony Z1 and need to capture and edit in FCP 5.1.
