Latest version FCP Two problems,, cannot get picture onto Apple LED 22 inch client monitor when running 2 other editing monitors I need to disconnect oner of the 2 editing monitors before I can get picture. Help. Also trying capture clips from different DVDs , i do not want to capture the whole DVD just sections to put into a project, running YC out into analog converter and then fireire into capture. Picture quality poor , is there abetter way to cature footage froma DVD source , shoule I buy a DVD that has HDMI out , will that give me a better picture

    Thankyou

Well for your monitor issue i havent got an answer but as for the DVD i can tell u what i do:

Extract the data from the DVD using Cinematize pro aplication. It lets u choose the exact part u want and not the whole DVD.and also save it on a uncompressed quicktime.

    Hope it helps!

    Dave.
