Capturing error
I am getting an error about 15 minutes into capturing. UNKNOWN RECORDER ERROR. Can anyone help??

Let me rephrase my question: Was the tape shot continuously or did you record 5 minutes, rewind, review the content and then proceed? If that is not the case, did this problem occur earlier? Or did it just start happening? If it just started happening did you install any new hardware or software? If not, then download the trial version of ScLive and see if you get any similar error messages.

Yes it just started happening. The timecode is good. And i will try to dl what you suggested. No new hardware or software. thanks alot

it seems to be capturing well in this program but the logo is showing up. what does this mean?

it still broke it up in scenes, i want one constant avi.

The logo means that it is a trial version. You need to pay approximately $40 for the full version. IMO definitely worth it. Also, if it is capturing in different files,it means that scene detection is on. You need to turn it off from the menu.

so why wont premiere do it? Is there anything i can do to make premiere work for capturing?
